1. The people around you actually talk to themselves.
Seriously! And it is only rational to assume that since they are going mad, you are going mad too.
2. You start to have nightmares about printers printing endless documents.
A result of sitting too next to the printer which everybody uses and being constantly exposed to its unending clacks and drones.
3. Your fingers are magically attracted to the Ctrl, Shift and arrow keys.
As a result of too much Microsoft Excel.
4. You can type Excel formulas faster than whole English sentences.
Again, a result of too much Excel.
5. Your liver is dying from processing too much caffeine.
Because company coffee is heavily subsidised and it's the only thing that keeps you awake. Not to mention that your heartbeat probably sounds like a blender.
6. You are on the brink of getting a Deep Vein Thrombosis.
Because you sit still longer than a mother hen hatching eggs.
7. Your lunch consists of a single cereal bar.
Because the canteen food is terrible and you can't afford two bars.
8. You can't subtract five-digit numbers without using a calculator.
Because the computer radiation has killed off too many of your brain cells. Also, doing meaningless, repetitive tasks is not a way to improve IQ.
9. You spend most of your time traveling back and forth from the watercooler or toilet.
Because work is so boring that walking seems like a rollercoaster ride.
10. You irritate a lot of your friends.
By your constant whining and sms-ing (to alleviate boredom).
