Distinguishing mosquito transgenic lines using PCR.

Protocol:

1. Homogenize mosquito in 50 ul extraction buffer.

i.e., take live mosquito (my group's was larva, but some other people had an adult mosquito), drown it in extraction buffer, grab a pestle, and pound away.
