ALL 16 OF THE TRANSFORMED COLONIES I PICKED HAVE THE CORRECT DNA INSERT.

ARE MY CLONING SKILLS AWESOME OR WHAT?

... Looks like the 45 sec heatshock (as opposed to the usual 60 sec one) seems to work better.
